Our Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Our Mission
Our Mission is to connect people to Jesus and to one another, equip them for life and for making disciples, and send them to love their neighbors and plant churches.
Our Vision
To see the gospel of Jesus Christ renew Springboro, the greater Dayton area, and the world for God’s glory.
Our Core Values
Radical Hospitality
We desire that people would know they are thought of, known, and wanted, and can ‘belong’ before they ‘believe.’
Rooted Theology
Everything we do flows from Scripture, historic Reformed theology, and the gospel of grace.
Relational Ministry
We make and grow disciples through intentional, gospel-centered relationships by living on mission among family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Raising the Next Generation
We train and entrust the next generation of disciples and leaders to build the church.
Relentless Generosity
We pursue ongoing sacrificial generosity in every aspect of life.
Our Mission in Greater Detail
Connecting to God and One Another
Connecting to God and one another means that we engage in worship and the ordinary means of grace both corporately and individually.

therefore, by God’s grace, we will;
- Love God with all our heart, soul, mind, & strength. (Mark 12:30).
- Root ourselves in Scripture (Psalm 1), seeing Christ as he is revealed in His Word (Luke 24:27).
- Proclaim Christ and pursue Christ-centered worship (Acts 5:42).
- Prioritize prayer and spiritual formation (Ephesians 6:10-18).
- Grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
- Seek to live in humble reliance upon God (Philippians 2:1-11, James 4:6,10) and give every aspect of our life as an offering to God. (Romans 12:1-2).
Equipping for Life and Making Disciples
We believe that discipleship is the lifelong process of growing more and more into Christlikeness and that we are called not only to receive, but to give.
Christ invites us into a relationship with himself and with one another. God has created us for interpersonal connection and discipleship. This is where God’s work of growth and transformation takes place.

therefore, by God’s grace, we will;
- Seek an authentic and healthy community that loves and cares for one another (Heb. 10:23-24, Philippians 2:4).
- Devote ourselves to teaching, fellowship, sharing meals and praying together (Acts 2:42-47).
- Prioritize intentional discipleship of individuals, families, all people groups and life-stages (Mt. 28:19-20)
- Prepare the next generation of leaders (Psalm 78:4-7).
- Equip the church for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-16, 2 Tim. 2:2).
Sending to Love neighbors and Plant Churches.
We are committed to Christ’s mission. We seek to invite others to follow Christ through hospitality, service, and sharing the gracious gospel in ways that bring renewal in the world around us. Ultimately, we believe that God will bring renewal to our world through the faithful preaching of his Word in the local church. We seek, therefore, to be a church plant that goes on to plant churches.
Christ is in the business of making all things new. He invites his followers to participate in this renewal spiritually, socially, and culturally. As Christ came to seek and to save the lost, he empowers us through his Holy Spirit to continue this work of proclaiming the good news and making disciples as he actively renews minds, hearts, and lives.

therefore, by God’s grace, we will;
- Extend gracious welcome and hospitality to our neighbors. (Hebrews 13:2, Romans 12:13).
- Walk in good works prepared for us to do, seeking to do good to one another and to everyone (1 Thessalonians 5:15, Ephesians 2:10, Matthew 5:16).
- Throw parties that display gospel celebration and joy (John 15:11).
- Be generous with our resources (2 Cor. 9:7).
- Prioritize the spread of the gospel through the work and multiplication of the local church.
- Share the gospel in word and deed that all may receive Jesus as King and Savior (Romans 10:13-17).
