What to expect
Wherever you are, however you are – come as you are.
When you visit a place for the first time, knowing what to expect can be helpful. Learn more below about what happens here on Sunday mornings, and let us know if we can answer any questions. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Parking and Arrival
You’re welcome here at King's Cross Community Church. We’d love for you to join us any Sunday for our worship service. Wear whatever feels comfortable, park in the front or back lot, and expect a warm greeting at our door.
What About Kids and Students?
We value safety, fun, and learning about Jesus for all of our children. We have a nursery for infants and toddlers for the entire service. All older children, Pre-K through 3rd grade) are invited to attend a kid-friendly message and craft in the fellowship hall during the sermon before returning to their families for the rest of the service. We also have a students group (6th-12th grade) that meets on Sunday evenings.

Worship Style
Our services last about an hour. Our worship includes both modern and historic expressions of worship. We celebrate contemporary and classic worship songs that draw our hearts to God. We also engage in short, responsive readings to be reminded of the promises of Scripture, as well as confess our sins to remember God’s forgiveness to us. Feel free to wear whatever you like. Most people dress casual and comfortable.
Communion
We participate in the Lord's Supper as a way of proclaiming our belief in Jesus Christ. By eating the bread and drinking the juice in the way Scripture instructs us, we believe our participation in this sacrament nourishes us spiritually and strengthens our connection with Christ.
